Michał Wiszenko, trading as APPEXO Michał Wiszenko in Poland, is responsible for the personal information handled through this website and direct business enquiries. You can contact me at hello@appexo.dev.
Website hosting
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It processes technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, and browser information to deliver the site and prevent abuse. This supports the legitimate interest of operating a reliable, secure business website. Appexo does not run visitor analytics or maintain an application database of visits.
Cookies and external links
This website does not set application cookies or use advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served with the site. LinkedIn, Salesforce AppExchange, and research publications are external websites with their own privacy practices.
Business enquiries
The email link opens your email application; the copy button copies the address on your device. If you send a message, I use your address, name, and the information you provide to respond and discuss potential work. This is based on steps you request before a contract, or the legitimate interest of handling business correspondence. Providing this information is voluntary, but I need a way to contact you to respond. Messages are handled through Proton Mail, operated by Proton AG.
How long information is kept
Unsuccessful business enquiries are kept for up to two years after the last substantive contact, then deleted. Information needed for an active contract, legal record-keeping, or establishing or defending legal claims may be retained longer for the relevant purpose. Hosting providers retain technical information according to their service and security practices.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare and Proton process information needed to provide hosting and email. Cloudflare operates globally, so technical information may be processed outside the European Economic Area, using applicable transfer safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Proton describes its email storage locations and safeguards in its privacy policy. Provider information is linked below.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@appexo.dev to make a request. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or your local supervisory authority. Appexo does not use your enquiry for automated decisions or profiling, or add it to a marketing list.
