Worked as lead developer and contributed to architecture for a Salesforce–Genesys CTI integration, collaborating with business stakeholders and the lead architect.

My contribution

Led Salesforce development and worked on production Agentforce implementations, including agent actions and prompt design. Also led a small team building a custom AI-assisted internal application.

Contributed production AI capabilities and practical internal guidance for AI-assisted tools, connecting implementation choices with the delivery team’s working practices.
